I met a couple friends for lunch, and overall we enjoyed ourselves. They both had the lunch walleye fish sandwich and said it was good. I had the sea dawgs (chili cheese hot dogs) and they were good, but not great. A saucier chili would had made them better. Our waitress was wonderful, patient, friendly, and helpful. Cool place, good location next to the marina, although there are no views of the water (facing the wrong direction and not quite close enough).

I love The Galley! The service is always fast, friendly and efficient. It's casual dining with a full bar. The food is delicious and always fresh. They have nightly food specials. I usually go on Friday and get fried catfish filets. You get 2 HUGE filets and 2 sides for under $15. The fish is delicious with their homemade tartar sauce and creamy coleslaw. They also have fabulous breakfast served Monday - Saturday. They are closed on Sunday.

Had a Oriental Salad which was a basic salad and fillled my appetite. Cup of chili was adequate. Husbamd had walleye and fries which was simple. Service was friendly and atmosphere was spotless.

We came in, mid-afternoon for a late lunch on a Saturday. I had the tenderloin and sweet potato fries and a couple $2.50 Bloody Mary's. Both the food and drinks were excellent. My wife got the jumbo shrimp. I couldn't stop looking at the mural of the Peoria skyline painted on the wall. It was a nice touch.

Came Saturday night. Service was horrible. Took four times ordering drinks to get them. Food was ok, tenderloin was overcooked. Several tables left. Not sure if we will return.
